The center for executive education at UC Berkeley will be holding an Executive Program in Gold Reserves Management later this month on April 28th through May 2nd, 2014.
This “mastermind” group will be instructing executives of central banks and finance ministries, politicians, economists, treasury managers, portfolio managers and the like on how to properly manage gold reserves and monetary policy decisions.
Professionals must be properly educated on handling what Bernanke referred to as an asset held only due to tradition, and what others see as an old dusty relic.
The following presenters will be guiding the “class”;
Natalie Dempster, Director, Government Affairs, World Gold Council
Ashish Bhatia, Manager, Government Affairs, World Gold Council
Kenneth Sullivan, Senior Financial Sector Expert, International Monetary Fund
Jonathan Spall, Director, Commodities, Barclays
Stewart Murray, Chief Executive, London Bullion Market Association
